Jeffrey P. Brimblecom

Feb 9, 1949 — Oct 11, 2026

Jeffrey P. Brimblecom, 77, of Manchester NH, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 11, 2026, after a brief but valiant battle with cancer.

He was born in Waltham, MA on February 9, 1949. He was the son of the late Frank and Florence (Porter) Brimblecom. Jeff grew up in Andover, MA and graduated from the Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical High School.

Jeff started his retail career with TurnStyle in South Lawrence, MA and was also a toy buyer for New Hampshire Buyers Service, Game & Hobby World, and Toy City. As his children grew up he found great passion in being involved in the community and gave time to Manchester North Little League, McIntyre Ski Area, and New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association as its treasurer. In his final career chapter he went back to the mountain that he loved and worked at McIntyre Ski Area before retiring.

In his free time he loved puzzles, building LEGOs, and spending time with his family. Jeff could often be found in the lodge of various ski areas across New Hampshire, watching his children and grandchildren ski. He loved watching his grandchildren compete in the sports that they loved, cheering them on from the sidelines. Later in life, he enjoyed watching them compete from the comfort of his home.

Jeff was always up for an adventure and spent his years making countless memories with his family whether it was trips to Disney, Santa’s Village, the beach, or going to the summit of Mount Washington. He had many titles in life, but the one he treasured most was Poppy. His grandchildren were the lights of his life.

Family was the most important thing to Jeff. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Elizabeth L. (Young) Brimblecom, his daughter Kara M. Brimblecom-Spiewak and her husband Gary R. Spiewak, son Joshua W. Brimblecom and wife Danielle C. (Prescott) Brimblecom.

He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Matthew J. Brimblecom and his wife Kaylan P. (Bouchard) Brimblecom, Sarah E. Brimblecom-Spiewak, Macey E. Brimblecom-Spiewak, Jacob L. Brimblecom, Owen P. Brimblecom, and Noah J. Brimblecom.

Other surviving family members include his mother-in-law Clare M. Young, sister-in-law Mary-Jo Cassidy and husband Gary T. Cassidy, brothers-in-law William J. Young Jr. and wife Mary Anna Young, and Michael J. Young and wife Kim A. Young, his dear friend who became family Steven J. Levy, his daughter-in-law Danielle’s parents Raymond H. and Rhonda D. Millette, his treasured nieces & nephews, and his cousin who was like a sister Sara (Sally) McCann and her husband Joseph J. McCann Jr., their daughter Natalie who he was very close to, and their sons. He also leaves behind his sister Deborah L. Mosher, brother Curtis S. Brimblecom and 2 nephews.

Jeff was predeceased by his father-in-law William J. Young and his son-in-law Gary’s parents John P. Spiewak and Patricia A. Spiewak.
